Chivas: Marcelo Bielsa wants to add a striker to El Rebaño that is followed in Italy

Yesterday afternoon there was a live Twitter broadcast through the Spaces tool. And during this transmission, Alan Pulido also entered the platform, so as soon as Vega noticed it, he said:

"May he return to Chivas! Pure chocolate, pure chocolate!".

Vega is not the only one at Club Deportivo Guadalajara who wants the current Sporting Kansas City player to return to the Rebaño, as this is the wish of many of the team's fans.

Alan Pulido left Chivas in the 2019-2020 season to play with Sporting Kansas City of MLS and thus seek to consolidate his position outside of Mexico, but to his bad luck, he suffered an injury that caused him to miss the 2022 Major League Soccer campaign.

However, contrary to what might appear, Pulido's return to Chivas has an obstacle that makes his return to the club unlikely.

Why can't Alan Pulido return to Chivas despite Alexis Vega's wishes?

The reason that prevents Alan Pulido's return to Chivas, despite Alexis Vega's wishes, is that the player and the club did not end their relationship in the best way, and in fact, they are in the middle of a legal battle.

It turns out that when the player was acquired by Sporting Kansas City, the transfer price was 10 million dollars, and everything was going smoothly until Pulido and his lawyers decided to abide by FIFA statutes.

And in the statutes of the highest authority in world soccer, it is dictated that the player who is sold must receive 10% of the total amount of his transfer, so Pulido made this request to the club, which denied it.

Due to this, Alan Pulido sued Club Deportivo Guadalajara in order to receive the 1 million dollars he is entitled to according to FIFA regulations.

And the lawsuit is still active, so it is very complicated for the institution's board of directors to accept the player's return to the club, no matter how much his former teammates and the Chivahermanos wish it.

And as far as the Mexican media has reported, the player has taken his case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and this would add another million.

Therefore, his return to Liga MX 2022 could be possible, but in no way would it happen with Chivas, unless the lawsuit is withdrawn, which Pulido is not willing to do.
