Pedro Aquino was away from América for two months due to an injury, but he returned in a U-20 team match and his return to the first team is very close.
Last Saturday was good news for Club América because Pedro Aquino returned to action after more than two months of absence following surgery on the fifth metatarsal of his right foot, which he underwent on January 31.

Aquino was in full physical condition
According to ESPN, Aquino looked physically fit and played with good intensity during his time on the field, and did not report any physical discomfort after his participation with America's youth team. In fact, the Peruvian played a direct role in two of the goals scored by America against the Borderers.
After his participation in the match with the youth team, Aquino will return to the American team's training camp in the south of Mexico City to be evaluated and determine if he can play with the first team. The player will be saved for the April 15 match against Tijuana.
