The semifinals of the Clausura 2022 are about to begin and the first game will be Atlas-Tigres, a duel that will take place this Wednesday at the Jalisco Stadium, where two of the best goalkeepers of the tournament will face each other: Colombian Camilo Andrés Vargas and Argentine Nahuel Guzmán.

Both are key elements in their team and will play an essential role in this series that will be played on Wednesday in Guadalajara and Saturday in San Nicolás de los Garza, from where the first finalist of the Clausura 2022 will emerge, with the expectation of whether the Zorros will go for the double championship or whether Piojo Herrera will take the step with the felines in his second tournament.

Both are South Americans, one is a Colombian national team player and the other has been with the Argentina national team. They not only shine with their teams but also personally, as they are the two goalkeepers with the most saves of the four semifinalists. The Rojinegro has 60, compared to 57 for the UANL player, followed by the goalkeepers of the other two teams, Óscar Ustari with 40 and Francisco Guillermo Ochoa with 38, according to Gol Stats.

On the feline side, Nahuel is the goalkeeper with the most aerial duels won with 38, while Camilo is third in that department with 18 interventions. Vargas also leads in one-on-ones won with 35, while Nahuel is third with 29.
