America will play against Manchester City next July 20 in the United States, as part of the Lones Star CUP. Both teams confirmed their match, to be played at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.

America will be put to the test on July 20, when the Águilas take on Manchester City, the new leaders of the English Premier League, in a warm-up match. According to a press release, fans will be able to purchase their tickets starting April 28.

Our players and coaches are eager to once again play in person in front of our U.S. fans, who have shown us great support and passion," said Omar Berrada, director of soccer operations for City Football Group. 

América is in good momentum in Liga MX, where it has six consecutive wins and is aiming for a direct ticket to the Liguilla under interim coach Fernando Ortiz.
