Why does Romelu Lukaku not show the face of his son?

Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku recently returned to Chelsea after seven years away and after having spells at Everton, Manchester United and Inter Milan where he has matured into one of the best strikers in the world. His first stint at Chelsea when he moved to London as a teenager was unsuccessful.

Chelsea splashed £97.5m to bring in their former striker after failing in the pursuit of Erling Haaland. Lukaku started brightly and dipped, failing to score in seven games before getting injured in the game against Malmö alongside strike partner Timo Werner.

Lukaku said in his interview back at Chelsea that he has grown more into a man as he's even a father now. Lukaku's son, Romeo Emmanuel was born in December 2018 while he was at Manchester United by former partner Sarah Mens.

Lukaku has never shown his son's face in any picture he has uploaded. The reason for this was not stated by the striker but is believed to be to protect his son's image. Lukaku is vocal against racism and he claimed it is a fight for his son.
