Brazilian playmaker Neymar Jr was stretched off in the closing minutes of PSG's 3-1 win over St Etienne in the Ligue 1 match. The club has now confirmed he suffered a sprained left ankle with ligament damage and would be out for 6-8 weeks. Who are the three players who could deputise for him?

Angel Di Maria

He is the first player on the list of those who would benefit from Neymar's injury. The versatile Argentine who is capable of playing on both wings has found playing time difficult this season and offered to play in midfield to boost his chances.

Mauro Icardi

The Argentine is not a direct replacement for Neymar but he could come into the team in his number 9 position which would mean Kylian Mbappé moves back to the wing. He will return to training tomorrow after an injury, a perfect time to return.

Julian Draxler

He is another option to play in Neymar's place. The versatile German has been in and out of the team for most of his time in Paris. The unfortunate thing is that he's also out injured and according to the club will return in three weeks.
