Thiago Messi

Thiago Messi was born on November 2, 2012, at Dexeus hospital, very close to the famous Camp Nou stadium where his father became a legend. At age three, Thiago was enrolled into FC Barcelona Escola, a soccer football academy exclusive for players of Barcelona’s senior players and staff.

One big difference between Thiago and his dad is that the kid is right-footed while Lionel Messi is left-footed. He did not inherit the magic left-foot from one of the best players in the world but certainly many skills he does have.

After playing in FC Barcelona Escola, Thiago Messi moved to La Masia academy at the age of 7, Barcelona´s official academy. Players like Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, Fábregas, and Lionel learned everything about football there and become great professional players.

Messi enrolles Thiago to PSG Academy

Recently, after Messi moved to PSG the Argentinian enrolled his sons Thiago & Mateo In PSG academy. Thiago is now 9 years old and has officially left Barca's academy. Lionel’s son has a new challenge in the PSG academy.

When Messi signed for the PSG, his wife Antonela Roccuzzo had penned down a heartfelt note and had also shared a picture of her sons donning the PSG jersey. Antonela in her note had stated that the 'new chapter' PSG is full of opportunities. Antonela had also expressed that 'all changes are difficult' but together as a family they will overcome it. 

Recently, Antonella Rocuzzo share on Instagram how Lionel Messi spends quality time with his family. In the video, the Argentian plays with his sons Thiago, Mateo, and Ciro.

Cristiano Jr. 

While Ronaldo has made it clear that he won’t pressure Ronaldo Jr. to pursue football as a career, the 11-year-old might be headed to the same. Just like his father, the 11-year-old was a goal-scoring machine for the U-9 team of Juventus.

Scoring a mind-boggling 58 goals and 17 assists in the 23 games he played, Ronaldo Jr. certainly stood out. The 11-year-old will now join Manchester United’s U-12 team. Wayne Rooney’s son Kai Rooney will also join him on this journey.

Given his incredible stats back in Italy, opposing teams will certainly keep a keen eye on the Portuguese. Ronaldo Jr. is already showing the innate footballing qualities he has.

Cristiano Ronaldo's son is set to play in Manchester United's academy

The Sun claims that the 11-year old's father wants to finish his playing career at Old Trafford in order to help Cristiano Ronaldo Jr's development at the club where he really made his mark.

"I would love for him to be a footballer because he feels passion for this sport," Ronaldo told DAZN. "He is a competitor and he hates losing."
