Alan Pulido is having a very good start at the MLS. The Mexican attacker scored five goals and gave two assists during his first nine matches on the U.S. league and was nominee as one of the best signings of the tournament, an award that was finally won by Lucas Zelarayán (Columbus Crew).

Such a moment at Sporting Kansas City makes Pulido have some type of influence at the club and, during the last hours, he recommended the arrival of Javier Eduardo López, known as Chofis. The midfielder who plays for Chivas was axed by head coach Víctor Vucetich after committing undisciplined acts and is now looking for a club.

Pulido, his friend, said that López is a talented player who could give a lot for SKC and invited him to the club. The 29 years old striker arrive on January of this year to the club, in a transfer in which the Rebaño Sagrado earned $9 million, and he signed a contract until December 2023.

López is currently suspended and won’t be playing again with Chivas, as the decision was already made by Vucetich and supported by sport adviser Ricardo Peláez. As his contract lasts until June 2022, he has to find a team that can pay his transfer and SKC could be a good option to do so.
