After more than 15 years at Real Madrid, the future of Sergio Ramos is now uncertain. The Spanish defender is set to leave the Galacticos, as his contract is expiring on June 2021, and he rejected the offer received by president Florentino Pérez to make the renewal.
At his 34 years old, Ramos is the most emblematic player from the Galacticos right now and one who has marked the last decade playing for the Spanish side. Since the start of 2021, he is capable of negotiating his departure as a free agent, and it is said that there are several chances of him moving to Paris Saint-Germain or to the MLS.
Meanwhile, Ramos received an impressive gift in his house in Madrid. The idol showed on Instagram that the Brazilian legend Rivaldo sent him his no. 10 jersey that he wore when playing for Brazil national team. Rivaldo wrote on Instagram as well that it was a gift for the best defender in soccer history, making an outstanding compliment to Ramos.
Ramos was very thanked to receive the gift and posted the image of his with the jersey on his social media. While all the press talks about him, the player hasn’t made any statement related to his future or the possibility of leaving Real Madrid, the club he joined after leaving Sevilla C.F. on August 2005.
