Juventus are gradually moving on from the disappointment of losing Cristiano Ronaldo during the summer transfer window. The 5-time Ballon d'Or winner left the Allianz Stadium for Old Trafford barely just hours to the close of the transfer window, giving Juventus no time to sign a replacement for him.
However, Juventus coach, Massimilliano Allegri and the board have decided to look in-house for a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo and they have settled on Argentine forward, Paulo Dybala. The forward is one of Allegri's favourite player and he was also instrumental in Allegri's first spell as manager of the Bianconeri.
To reward Dybala and also reflect his new standing within the squad, Juventus are ready to offer him a contract extension along with increased wages. The Argentine forward currently earns €260,000 a week in Turin on a contract that would expire in 2022. However, talks are progressing smoothly between player and club for a contract extension and increase in wages.
Dybala is not the only player to see his contract extended at Juventus. Colombian winger, Juan Cuadrado has also been offered fresh terms to stay in Turin for longer. Cuadrado has been a regular at Juventus since he moved from Chelsea in 2015. He has scored 20 goals in 229 appearances for the Italian giants.
