Riqui Puig becomes the second victim of Xavi's rules, will he be forgiven or will he face the penalty?

FC Barcelona new manager Xavi Hernandez read out a list of rules to his Barcelona players in his first team meeting after his unveiling. He also brought back paying of fines which he said there have to be regulations, not that he is being tough.

The first player affected by the rule is Xavi's former teammate Gerard Pique whose scheduled interview with Spanish talk show El Hormiguero next week was called off after Xavi prohibited his players from speaking to the media about some certain information.

The second player to fall victim of a rule is Xavi's beloved midfielder Riqui Puig who nearly ran over someone in Barcelona's training with a mechanised scooter according to Diario Sports, thereby violating the rule that prohibit participating in extreme sports.

The incident was said to have happened before Xavi's address thereby protecting the young midfielder who would hope to get his Barcelona career on track after being overlooked by Ronald Koeman.
