Reece James or Trent Alexander-Arnold: who has the best numbers and should start for England?

Gareth Southgate will be in a dilemma with a lot of good options he has at the right side of the pitch, especially to be left to choose between Chelsea Reece James and Liverpool Alexander Arnold. Both still have Kyle Walker and Kieran Trippier to battle with for the right side defensive role.

The two have been in electric form this season and will be a headache for any coach to choose. Reece James has four goals and three assists for Chelsea in the Premier League while Trent has a goal and four assists for Liverpool. 

The game approach will determine who will make Southgate's lineup, Trent is more effective going forward, taking on defenders and feeding strikers in the box with crosses. While James is more effective with ball playing. Attacking wise and defensive wise there's not much difference between the two and whoever Southgate starts is a choice.
