Alexandre Pato's debut in the MLS, was marked by the injury that forced him to leave the field of play, during the meeting of week 1 of the Major League Soccer between Orlando City and Atlanta United, however, in the camp of the Florida box has lowered the concern, because apparently his brand new return will not have to undergo surgery, although it has not been announced when he will be able to return to the courts.

The Brazilian forward left at minute 80 of the match played at Exploria Stadium and according to Julia Poe of Orlando Sentinel, Pato will not require surgery in what appears to be an injury to his right knee, information that was later taken up by the portal MLS official. So far, Orlando City has not commented on the injury that the Brazilian forward suffered last Saturday and has not disclosed the recovery time so that he can return to the courts, but coach Oscar Pareja hopes that his injury is not serious.

“We're waiting for God to help us in Pato and that he is not hurt. We will wait until the doctors diagnose it. Ales had a good game, that commitment that he has with his team, he tried to create it from that area where we put him in the first half. I think we could find those spaces and then he is very skilled with the ball and he creates some opportunities for us", said the Colombian after the match against Atlanta United.

For his part, the forward himself shared a message on Monday through his social networks, where a lion with scars on his face is observed and wrote a message, alluding to the injury suffered in his first game in American football. "The scars serve to remind us that God made us stronger than what hurt us and they try to hurt us. God is greater," wrote Pato in Portuguese.
