Last week, news emerged in the French media that PSG striker and his wife Wanda Nara, who also doubles as his agent, have broken up their marriage after the Argentine striker's case of infidelity with an Argentine actress was exposed.

Icardi was said to have been cheating on Wanda Nara with Maria Eugenia Suarez also known as China Suarez, a popular Argentine model and actress. Nara reportedly hired a private investigator who tracked the footballer's phone and exposed details of his infidelity which includes a text message of a meetup.

PSG granted Icardi two days off to resolve the issue with his wife but head coach Mauricio Pochettino named him in the squad for the Champions League match against RB Leipzig which PSG won 3-2. Icardi had earlier threatened to walk away from the club if his wife's issue wasn't resolved and also refused to play in the match.

It is now reported that the PSG bosses are angry at him for his refusal to play in the match and could dock him a few weeks wages. Icardi earns £168,000 per week at PSG and could reportedly be fined the week's wage and more if things continue that way with the striker.
