Where does Messi live in Paris? The answer: he lives in a two-story property with four bedrooms and a small garden, in the exclusive area of Neuilly-Sur-Seine, which adds to his other million-dollar properties.

But before they started renting this property, the couple waived one of their conditions: the house has no indoor swimming pool.

In addition, the family pays 20 thousand euros per month considering that it is a property of at least 300 square meters

A construction of this magnitude is a great luxury in the city of Paris. "A security service has already been put in place to protect the player and his loved ones, especially in the surroundings of his new residence," assured RMC Sport.

With a new life in France, Lionel Messi and Antonela Roccuzzo were looking to adapt to this new opportunity

Therefore, the rosarino was in search of the dream property to be able, once and for all, to leave the luxurious Royal Monceau hotel where he and his family were installed.

However, a last-minute unforeseen event complicated what was a negotiation aimed at renting a luxurious mansion.

On the fly, the stipulated conditions changed and the property suffered a significant price increase

According to the specialized media, from one moment to another, the owner increased the rent of his mansion by 10,000 euros when he found out that the interested party was the Argentine soccer player

The house is located in Neuilly Sur Seine, one of the most exclusive areas of Paris.

How is his the new house of Messi?

How much does his new house cost?

Messi lives with his family in Paris, in a house that costs €20,000 a month to rent.

However, although Messi's new home is over 300 square meters in which there are four bedrooms and a small garden, the property does not have the indoor swimming pool the family was looking for.

What are Messi's other properties?

The house in Neuilly-Sur-Seine is only the most recent acquisition of the Argentinean star who has been in charge of buying different properties around the world

It seems that after leaving his native Rosario, the player decided that if he could not grow up in the land where he was born, he would do it in different places.

For starters, he owns an apartment in Rosario, in the Aqualina building, with 40 floors, one of which is fully owned by Leo.

That's right, the star did not just buy an apartment in the building, he bought a whole floor, surely to enjoy the privacy that an athlete of his stature cannot access due to his fame.

The cost of the apartment, acquired in 2018 cost around one million dollars, but if you take into account the modifications, the cost is even higher. The property also has a VIP bar and its own swimming pool.

And after seeing that in Rosario the player already has a property with such proportions, luxuries and at such a cost, one can probably think, does Messi need more properties around the world?

And the answer seems to be: yes.

For example, in Italy, the former Barcelona player owns not one, but six homes! And among them the most prominent is a mansion in Como Lombardy

The place is not only luxurious and elegant, but it is also located next to the Ceresio river, which offers an enviable view for those who pass by the property.

The Argentinean's mansion is located in one of the most valued locations for its natural beauty, which has been a constant home to multiple celebrities such as Ronaldo and Beckham.

Messi owns a hotel among his many properties

The Argentine star has surely spent a lot of time living and traveling from one hotel to another, which may lead one to believe that the player does not want to see any more hotels in his life.

However, nothing could be further from the truth as Messi owns a hotel. And not just any hotel.

The MiM Stiges, a real wonder in terms of amenities that has a view of the Mediterranean Sea, 77 rooms, 300 square meters of rooms for various events.

As if that were not enough, the hotel has a restaurant with local and international cuisine, a spa with hydrotherapy circuit and even oxygen cabins.

And for the athlete to relax after a Champions League match, the hotel has its own bar on the terrace next to a swimming pool with live DJ sessions

How much did the PSG player pay for this little luxury? The uneconomic figure of 30 million euros

And from here is where the heavyweights in the portfolio of properties owned by the soccer player start to be counted.

His home in Barcelona is a love letter from Messi to the sport he loves so much as it is shaped like a soccer ball, and is valued at more than 40 million euros

The place has a restricted access and only big celebrities can visit it. It has a soccer field, a gym, a swimming pool and a private cinema room.

Finally, the jewel in the crown: the mansion in Bellamar de Castelldefels, located in one of the most exclusive places in Spain.

This place cost Messi about six million euros and among its main luxuries it has an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, soccer field, playground for his children and a large terrace overlooking the sea, all contained in 3 floors.

So if Messi were to retire tomorrow, he could very well become a real estate agent.
