English player ignored by Chelsea and Manchester United, see his incredible numbers for West Ham this season

Declan Rice has been on the target list of both Manchester United and Chelsea for a couple of years but was ignored due to the fact that they felt West Ham was asking for too much for the midfielder. 

West Ham value the midfielder maestro so high that his market value is placed at €100 million. Chelsea and Manchester United felt the money was too much for the 22-year-old. They instead opted for other options. 

The season is just taking shape and he has already had six goals in all competitions. He has one goal and three assists in the premier league and two goals in the Europa League. 

West Ham now sit fourth on the table with 20 points and just five points behind the table leader Chelsea. They are ahead of Manchester United with 3 points, thanks to the quality of Declan Rice. He has proved both Chelsea and Manchester United wrong with his performance and he definitely can't be ignored. No Chelsea midfielder has had a total contribution of six goals this season.
