Adama Traoré had the difficult decision of whether he would play for Mali or for Spain and finally he decided to represent Spain to bet on a higher level team. Traore with this decision disappointed all Mali as they expected the current Wolverhampton player to play for their national team.

The 24-year-old player has parents who were born in Mali but he was born in Barcelona so he can choose which country to represent. Last week he had received the call from the Spanish National Team to face Portugal, Switzerland and Ukraine and from the Mali National Team, which must play against Ghana and Iran.

Much was the uncertainty around what was going to be Traore's decision but finally he decided on Spain. In Spain they are very happy and enthusiastic about Traore's decision as they consider him one of the most powerful players in the world. Traore's fitness condition is incredible and thanks to that he makes a lot of difference on the soccer field.

Adama Traoré had started his career at FC Barcelona but was never given a place in the first team so he decided to emigrate to the Premier League. He is currently a star player for Wolverhampton and one of the figures in the Premier League. His statistics and performance with Wolverhampton are so good that he has earned the chance to play for a team as important as Spain.
