It has always been a point of discussion between football fans around the world that which European football league is the best and the most competitive in the world. While no one could have anticipated a worldwide pandemic would end, put a stop to football for four long months - and constrain it to be suspended permanently in certain nations.

However, despite the pandemic, there weren't such a large number of astonishments when it went to the league champions in the top European leagues. The Premier League has a ‘top six’ at the moment but if you look at the past 2-3 seasons, many other clubs have been challenging for the Champions League spots. The top 6 includes Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur. Other top teams include Everton, Leicester City and Wolves.

La Liga has a ‘top three’ at the moment which includes Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid. Other top teams just fight for the fourth Champions League spot which includes Sevilla, Valencia and Villareal. However, today Barcelona is not competitive at the European level. Without going any further, he is not being so in his own competition, being that he loses games that he had never lost before.
