UEFA Champions League: what teams have qualified for the next round

Some teams are clear in their group and have already qualified for the next round. With two matches remaining in the group stage after playing 4 games each, some groups are sorted while some will have to wait till the last match day. 

Four teams have qualified for the next round of sixteen, they are Bayern Munich and Juventus after their game yesterday. Liverpool and Ajax today. Bayern leads group E securing all the possible 12 points from four matches and are the first to qualify for the next round. 

Juventus beat Zenith Saint Petersburg yesterday 4-2 to top Group Here and qualify for the next round with 12 solid points ahead of defending Champions Chelsea. 2019 Champion Liverpool have a perfect run this season winning all their four groups matches including beating Atletico Madrid home and away. 

Ajax was superb in the Champions League group stage, ten Hag men secured all the points In group C despite having Borussia Dortmund and beating them home and away
