Every act has its consequences. After the suspension of the match between Brazil and Argentina, Conmebol would take measures against ‘Canarinha’. According to Hernán Castillo, a journalist for TNT Sports, the highest South American soccer entity would have decided that the ‘Verdeamerela’ will never play home again.

It was Conmebol itself who was in charge of announcing that the match has been suspended. Through their official Twitter account, they mentioned that the measure was taken by "the referee's decision."

Also, in another tweet, he added the following: “The referee and the match commissioner will submit a report to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, which will determine the steps to follow. These procedures strictly adhere to current regulations”.

At the moment, Conmebol has not yet notified the sanctions that the Brazilian Football Federation could have after the altercations this Sunday. However, various sources close to the entity, assure that the "Verdeamarela" will never play at home again, at least, from now until the rest of the qualifying rounds.
