A possible return of Christian Eriksen to the soccer fields is complicated, at least in the "calcium." Although the player has not yet given clues as to whether he will try to continue his career, even with the defibrillator that he has after undergoing an operation as a result of the heart attack he suffered in the middle of the European Championship, in Italy they have closed the doors for the moment.
The player who belongs to Inter Milan could not act in Serie A. This was announced by Francesto Braconaro, a member of the Italian Federation's technical scientific committee, who has confirmed that the Danish player will not have the go-ahead to play until he is withdrawn.
“We cannot fully approve of him playing in Italy. If the defibrillator is removed from this player and a specialist shows that he is fine, he will be able to play for Inter ”, explained Braconaro on Radio‘ KissKiss ’.
In Italy the rule is strict. In Serie A it is not allowed to play a footballer with this device prepared to detect any abnormal heartbeat and reverse it immediately. The question now is whether Eriksen will wear the pacemaker temporarily or permanently.
Eriksen underwent surgery and now has an internal defibrillator that will control the heart rhythm to prevent him from going through episodes similar to the one that occurred on the court of the Parken Stadion in Copenhagen. The device will not prevent him from playing football and will lead a normal life, although much will depend on Inter Milan's crack of wanting to continue being on the playing fields in a professional way.
