FC Barcelona has reached an agreement with the NFT Ownix auction company to auction its own and exclusive content among its fans, such as images and videos of different historical moments of the almost 122 years of life of the Blaugrana club.

“The digital world evolves and grows to adapt to new times, and FC Barcelona wants to be a benchmark in this type of newly created digital assets, such as NFTs, a product that has aroused great interest among collectors in the digital environment", Said the entity.

Hand in hand with Ownix, the auction house of NFT, Barcelona will make available to Blaugrana fans some NFTs based on images and videos of historical moments of the club that will go up for auction, to the highest bidder, during the season.

The agreement between Barcelona and Ownix is part of the club's global expansion strategy and reinforces the commitment to seek new channels and formats that allow connecting with new generations and at the same time interacting in a different way with their fans around the world.
