Black Lives Matter movement is willing to transform American society. The MLS is not exempt from it. And in the last hours a news boomed in the US soccer world. Dell Loy Hansen announced that he's finally selling Real Salt Lake and unlink totally from proffesional soccer.
Last year, according to Forbes magazine, Real Salt Lake's market value was around $235M. About that number is the price Hansen would sell the team. So, despite taking the right decision (he was particulary forced by public opinion), he will still be a millionare without paying nothing his sayings.
Utah Soccer Holdings owner would also sell Utah Royals and Real Monarchs so his fortune surely will expand. However, it has been a big win for MLS as directives didn't punish him enough and his racist history was exposed, mainly after showing against the decision of the match suspensions of last week.
