Despite the fact that there is just over a month left until the end of the season, Inter Milan have yet to renew Ivan Perisic's contract, which expires on June 30.

The Italians parked the renewal until the end of the season, a very dangerous strategy that might not work out well for them, as the Croatian international is on the agenda of several European clubs.

Among them, Chelsea stands out, which would have taken a step forward for the signing of the 33-year-old left-winger. That is what 'Sport Mediaset' assures, which reports an alleged agreement between the player's representatives and the English team.

According to the aforementioned media, Perisic and Chelsea have already reached an agreement for the arrival of the Croatian to the Blues this summer. The former Bayern would sign a contract until 2024, at a rate of 4.5 million euros in each of the two seasons.

Who would leave Chelsea?

Attacker Timo Werner has long been showing signs of being fed up. "I feel more comfortable playing for Germany than for Chelsea," the 'Mannschaft' international commented in April.

In his native country, 'Sport1' assures categorically that Werner is not going to take it anymore. His idea is to leave Stamford Bridge in June. His mind is already far away from Chelsea.

In his day, the Blues paid RB Leipzig 53 million for him. They know that he no longer has the name he had then and the Londoners would be willing to let him leave for a much lower price.

'Sport1' dares to value Werner. For about 33 million, estimates to this source, Chelsea would put the red carpet to leave.

In his first season as a Blue, Werner scored 12 goals and provided 10 assists. So far this season, he has scored eleven goals and has given away seven goals to his teammates. These figures are a far cry from those he achieved at RB Leipzig. In his best year with the German club, he scored 34 goals.

His destination could be in Serie A. 'The Independent' revealed that Werner's agent will meet in the coming days with Atalanta, Milan, and Juventus, in which he could relocate to regain the confidence lost in the British capital.
