Diaz is also remembered for scoring a tremendous goal against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium. That goal came from the left, leaving men in the way and then beating Ederson with a cross-shot.
After his great performances with the Portuguese team, Liverpool bought the Colombian for 45 million euros in the winter transfer window of January 2022. Since his arrival to Anfield, the Colombian has shown his quality and has fit perfectly into Klopp's scheme.
