Raúl Jiménez's partner who could move to Barcelona

Wolverhampton striker Raúl Jiménez could lose one of his favorite partners at the English club. The transfer market is moving very quickly at Barcelona and the club is already considering moves for the future. Adama Traoré is one of them, and he is of great interest to the club board of directors.

Dembélé's possible departure opens the door for Traoré

Sport reports that Barcelona are thinking about signing him next summer, once Dembélé leaves the Camp Nou due to the end of his contract. The Frenchman will not renew because of the lack of economic agreement and Adama Traoré could be a quality replacement.

Head coach Xavi would want him in his team

Known for his physical strength and speed, Adama Traoré is well liked in Barcelona and by Xavi Hernandez, who already had him as a dressing room partner for a while, before the youth player went abroad to earn his living.

Now, much more mature and almost a regular in Luis Enrique's call-ups for 'la Roja', Xavi would welcome his arrival. Adama Traoré would also be happy to return to what was his home, although with a minimum of assured prominence.

As for the transaction, it would not be a very high transfer, taking advantage of the fact that his contract expires in 2023 and that the Wolves would be willing to let him leave with good monetary conditions on the table.

Currently, the striker is not starring at Wolves and continues with his goal counter to zero this season. Everything points to him leaving the team, although a change of scenery could revive his current situation.

Liverpool also want the Spanish player

According to Football Insider, Liverpool are keeping a close eye on the Spaniard's situation. Jürgen Klopp wanted to bring him into his ranks, but the amount that the 'reds' had to pay was a big deterrent. The new scenario today would be totally different, with Bruno Lage willing to accept 23 million pounds for the striker.

Traoré does not count for his manager, but he was a long-standing desire of Klopp, so his transfer to Anfield would mean a leap in his career, as he could have more prominence and would go on to play in a team aiming for all titles, national and continental.
