Manchester City has a new jewel in the making and current players in the roster might start to feel threatened by him if he keeps up with the outstanding performances he’s having under Guardiola’s mentorship.

He’s played just over 500 minutes in the current season, but he already has scored four goals and two assistances, including a goal and an assist in today’s game against Swindon Town in a game played on the FA Cup.
After the game where the Citizens won by a 4-1 score, Cole Palmer said that he’s "delighted, I’ve just got to take it game by game and day by day. There’s always that bit of pressure being young coming into this team. I've just got to go out there and enjoy it."

It’s no wonder a rising talent like the 19-year-old midfielder would attract other teams, and the bidding for him has already started, as Newcastle recently tried to acquire the player, but Manchester City refused the offer after Pep Guardiola personally requested his stay in the Citizen club.
