Liverpool won today’s match against English third division Shrewsbury Town by a 4-1 score, although they had to play with some of their biggest stars, as players such as Mané, Salah or Keita left the team to play the African Nations Cup.

Fans have been excited for the promising young player for a while, and today’s goal can only mean that he’s ready to become a protagonist for Liverpool’s squad, as he became the second youngest player to score for the Reds, with only 17 years and 96 days, just behind the 17 years and 45 days of Ben Woodburn.

Liverpool looking to add a Colombian striker

Liverpool already started negotiations with Primeira Liga Porto, as they want to acquire Colombian left-winger Luis Diaz. The English club made an offer of $82 million for the 24-year-old, who could arrive to Liverpool in the next few days. His addition could close the doors for Gordon’s rising.
