Just two days after the North London derby was postponed after Arsenal FC claimed they didn’t have enough players; the Gunners are sending Spanish defender Pablo Marí on a short loan to Italian side Udinese.

Arsenal requested EPL to postpone their game against Tottenham Hotspur after alleging not having enough players on their squad, as some of them are injure, another group is playing the Africa Cup of Nations and a third group was out of activity after testing positive for Covid.
Although Marí Villar hasn’t been considered by Mikel Arteta for his squad during the season, as he’s only played only two games in Premier League for a total of 180 minutes and a game in Carabao Cup, hence the reason Arsenal agreed on a straight loan until the end of season to a team needed of reinforcements as they’re trying to avoid relegation.

Pablo Marí Villar joined Arsenal back in 2020 out of Brazilian side Flamengo for a $6.9 million transfer. He is under contract with the Gunners until 2024. So far, he’s played just 22 games for the North London team, scoring just one goal.
