Manchester City were cruising to a comfortable victory at Brentford, thanks to a Phil Foden brace. However, a stunning turnaround in the final minutes saw the Bees snatch a point.
Foden had put City in a commanding position with his two goals. But just when it seemed like the Citizens would secure all three points, Brentford struck back. Yoane Wissa and Christian Nørgaard scored within eight minutes to level the score.
The comeback was a shock to City, who had dominated much of the game. The second half was a more even affair, with both sides pushing for a winner but neither able to find the net.
This draw is a valuable point for Brentford in their fight for survival. They've shown they can compete with the best teams in the league. For City, it's two points dropped in the title race. They'll need to improve defensively if they want to stay top of the table.
