Javier Hernandez humiliated Eden Hazard and proved to be better than him at Real Madrid

Javier Hernandez played just one season for Real Madrid, on loan from Manchester United. And he left a good impression, coming from the bench as a back up for Karim Benzema and liking up with Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale upfront. Also, he scored a very important goal to knock out Atletico Madrid in UEFA Champions League quarterfinals.

The thing is, he is still remembered in that club for that 2014-2015 season under Carlo Ancelotti. Even when Eden Hazard, the most expensive signing at the moment, is underperforming. Hazard costed more than 100 million euros and with injuries and overweight, that money paid to Chelsea feels too much.

And it turned out that Hazard, in six months more than Chicharito at Real Madrid, is equalling his tally of games played, and he is nowhere as good as the Mexican. In that amount of matches (32 for the Belgian and 33 for Hernandez), Hazard scored just three goals, while Chicharito scored nine. CH14 is also a better assistant, with nine assist versus four from Eden.

And the best of everything is that Real Madrid paid just one million and a half euro to Manchester United for the loan. After that, he joined Bayer Leverkusen, where he reached his peak and averaged 0.5 goals per match in Bundesliga. His spell in Europe was criticized, but actually it was highly effective.
