Alexandre Pato, surely everyone knows him. A world soccer star hailing from Brazil, who simply made a mess at AC Milan, also passing through high-caliber institutions like Chelsea. However, he is currently defending the Orlando City colors in MLS. Now, the Brazilian received several offers to remain in force, at 31 years of age, in Europe, but at the end of the day he decided to choose to roll the ball in North America, generating any number of questions about it.

After his official presentation last Friday, the South American striker confirmed that he had offers to return to European football, where he marveled after his arrival at AC Milan, in addition to that some Asian teams also jumped for his signing, but opted to try his luck in MLS, seeking a better quality of life for himself and his family.

"I got a lot of opportunities to go back to Europe, Asia and the UAE. I told my family: 'No, I want to be happier.' I don't know, maybe [other places] have very good football and nice people, but I said, 'No, I want a new challenge,' but at the same time I need to find a nice place for a family" Pato stated.

The 31-year-old was announced as a new signing for the Lions team and last Friday he arrived in the American Union to be officially presented at Exploria Stadium, which will become his new home, after passing through clubs such as the Inter from Porto Alegre, Milan, Chelsea, Corinthians, Sao Paulo, Villarreal and Tianjin Tianhai from China.

Despite dazzling at the beginning of his career in Brazil and having good seasons at AC Milan, various injuries prevented the Brazilian attacker from fulfilling the expectations that were drawn on him after his first years as a player and in recent seasons, Pato He went down, to the degree of even being left without a team, until Orlando appeared to give him another chance, where he will seek to rebound and made it clear that retirement is not yet among his plans.
