Megan Rapinoe is used to be controversial. She is a Feminist icon and a progressive activist besides been a professional footballer -and one of the best in the world-. The player is remembered for giving a very emotional speech after the United Stated Women's National Team won the las World Cup.

Because she is deadly progressive, Rapinoe is associated to the Democratic Party. Although she has said many times that she doesn't peirceves herself as a Democrat, she indeed endorsed Joe Biden for the national election since she believes that Donald Trump is a dangerous President for women and the world as a whole.

For this reason, Rapinoe shared many massages and images on her social media calling people out to vote for Joe Biden. Yesterday wasn't the exception. He published an imagen calling everybody to vote early in the morning and later she shared an Instagram story of Joe Biden where a pin was seen and it said: "I vote for Joe".

Megan Rapinoe is 35 years-old. She was born in Redding, California, and started playing football when she was six years old. His father was a soccer coach. After attending collage soccer she played in the Women's Professional Soccer league, the signed for Sydney FC and later on played for a year at Olympique Lyon, the best women's team in the world. Since 2013 she is playing in Seattle Reign of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
