Real Madrid fans are excited as the Champions League Final is a day away, and the club could be winning their 15th Champions League trophy. The squad is stacked with talent, and they would like to finish the season off with a high as the Champions League trophy would complete a historic season by winning a double and only losing two matches all season across all competitions. While there are lots of positives in the club, there are some concerns in terms of departures. No matter what happens in the UCL final, three players could potentially leave the club, regardless of what the result is against Borussia Dortmund at Wembley Stadium. Apart from Toni Kroos, Dani Ceballos, Fran Garcia, and Joselu could be heading out of the club after Saturday. Madrid Universal reports that these three players could be leaving the club as their playing time would be reduced by a lot if they stay next season.

Joselu has not played lots of minutes this season despite the team not having another pure striker in the squad. It didn’t stop the Spanish striker from contributing with goals this season, as he registered 17 goals and provided three assists across all competitions for Real Madrid. With Endrick and Kylian Mbappé arriving, Joselu will have more difficulty playing games next season, which is why the Spanish club may let him go this summer.

Fran Garcia was ahead of Ferland Mendy in the starting lineup for Carlo Ancelotti earlier in the season. Even though the left-back is great on the attack, his defensive duties have led to him going on the bench, as Mendy has been exceptional. Garcia has played a total of 25 matches in La Liga this season, scoring one goal and providing five assists.

Dani Ceballos’ 23/24 season with Real Madrid

Dani Ceballos has played a total of 27 matches for Real Madrid across all competitions this season. He scored one goal and provided two assists this season, but only around 862 minutes. Although Real Madrid will lose Toni Kroos from retirement, the Spanish club may not want to have Ceballos as an option for the midfield due to injuries stopping him from getting a chance to play; he could return to Real Betis.
