Vinicius has a MOTM performance as Real Madrid wins the Spanish Super Cup!

Real Madrid won the Spanish Super Cup, dominating Barcelona with a 4-1 win at the Al Awal Park stadium. A Vinicius Jr. hattrick in the first half was enough for Los Blancos to win the Super Cup trophy over Barca, but they managed to score again in the second half, thanks to Rodrygo. The Brazilians for Real Madrid were on fire tonight.

Los Blancos took an early lead in the game, as Jude Bellingham played a great ball to Vinicus Jr. in the 7th minute. Vinicius scored from the spot and completed a first-half hattrick against Barcelona. The last player to score a hat trick in El Clasico was Karim Benzema at Camp Nou in last year’s 4-0 win in the Copa del Rey.

The second half didn't get better for Barca as Rodrygo scored the fourth for Los Blancos

Barca chased for another goal in the second half but weren't creative enough to make a dangerous play. Real Madrid punished Barca again with the other Brazilian attacker, Rodrygo, scoring an easy goal inside the box. Vini passes a ball in the box, and Kounde clears the ball poorly to Rodrygo, who easily finishes the chance.

Frustration in the Barca team grew, and in the 71st minute, Ronald Araujo kicked Vinicius without touching the ball and received the second yellow. The Uruguayan defender gets sent off and leaves Barca with ten men.

Real Madrid had most of the possession and got close to getting a fifth. Madrid had nine shots on target, and the score line could have been way worse for the Blaugrana. Real Madrid is the Spanish Super Cup champion!
