Vinicius Jr gifted this NBA legend a signed Real Madrid shirt

Many footballers are fans of many American sports like the NFL and the NBA. Antoine Griezmann is a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and even wore a big hat, showing it off before an Atletico Madrid game. Kylian Mbappé is a big NBA fan and has attended NBA games in the past. Mbappé attended the NBA Paris game last month. Another player who is a big NBA fan is Vinicius Jr. from Real Madrid.

The NBA and football have been showing each other respect and have shared moments among players. Luka Doncic is a big Real Madrid fan and follows with what happens with the Spanish giants. Real Madrid has sent Doncic a personalized jersey with the number 73 on the back to celebrate his 73-point game against the Atlanta Hawks last month. Doncic wore the third black kit of Real Madrid before his game a few days ago.

Vini Jr also decided to send a signed shirt of his to the Shaquille O'Neal family. Shaquille's son, Shareef O'Neal, posted a gift he received from the Brazilian winger on Instagram. Vini wrote on the signed Real Madrid shirt, "For O'Neal family. All the best." Shareef thanked Vinicius for the jersey on his Instagram story and wrote, "My brother! Thank you. @vinijr too fire." Vinicius' love for the NBA allows him to get closer to the NBA stars and now to some NBA legend family members. Perhaps Vinicius' popularity in the United States will grow since he interacts a lot with the NBA and some of the stars of the best basketball league in the world.

Vinicius Jr and Real Madrid will play Sevilla in La Liga tomorrow in the Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid are first in La Liga with 62 points, but they dropped points last week against Rayo Vallecano, drawing 1-1. FC Barcelona are getting closer, as they now sit 2nd with 57 points. Real Madrid can't afford to lose more points in case Barca continues to win games in La Liga.
