After concluding their participation in the Club World Cup, Real Madrid is preparing for a squad restructuring, especially concerning some of their young talents. Three academy players, currently training with the first team under Xabi Alonso in the United States, are set to leave the white house.

According to exclusive information from 'ESPN', Chema Andrés, Víctor Muñoz, and Yusi will be the academy players seeking new professional paths. Chema Andrés already has an offer from Levante, while Víctor Muñoz is in advanced negotiations with Osasuna. As for Yusi, his move to Alavés could be finalized as soon as the team returns from their U.S. tour.

Real Madrid, aware of these young players' promising futures, has given the green light for their departures. As is customary in such cases, the Merengue club will retain a buy-back option, allowing them to reacquire the players in the future if their progression warrants it. However, the departure of these three youth players might not be the only ones; two other young talents are also reportedly considering exploring opportunities with other teams.

The Performance of Youth Players and the Nico Paz Case

During the Club World Cup, the academy players had the chance to showcase their worth in the first team, albeit with varied roles and minutes. This tournament serves as a showcase for young talent, and decisions about their future are often based on their performance and the team's needs.

In recent weeks, Nico Paz's name had been strongly linked with reinforcing Real Madrid's midfield. However, the club has decided to postpone his return until next summer, as revealed by 'ESPN'. Despite his standout season with Como, the signing of his Argentine teammate Franco Mastantuono from River Plate for 45 million euros has influenced this decision. Everything indicates that Paz will remain with Cesc Fàbregas' team for another year to continue his development.

This strategic move by Real Madrid demonstrates the club's meticulous planning regarding the management of its young prospects, seeking a balance between their progression and the needs of the main squad.
