Real Madrid is known to have one of the best squads in Europe and in the world. The team is filled with world-class talent, from Jude Bellingham to Vincius Jr and many more. While having a big squad of talented players is great, it also could lead to impatience from players who will constantly rotate throughout the season and will not see consistent game time. Two players in the current squad have become frustrated from the lack of game time, and the two players could leave at the end of the season but in different circumstances.

According to The Athletic, Kepa Arrizabalaga is extremely disappointed in Real Madrid. Carlo Ancelotti has not fully explained which of Lunin or Kepa is his preferred choice now and why. Sources close to Kepa say he’s not happy and that they would have appreciated more clarity from the manager on the issue. Kepa has played 12 matches in La Liga this season with Real Madrid, where he kept six clean sheets. His last game for Real Madrid was against Almeria in La Liga last month, and he has since been benched for the rest of the games.

Another player who is beginning to get annoyed at Ancelotti is Nacho Fernandez. Nacho’s relationship with Ancelotti is still a little strained. The player has been frustrated by recent decisions to substitute him when things have not gone as planned. Nacho does not feel he has his manager’s full confidence. Nacho has started the last six games for Real Madrid but was substituted out in the last game. His contract ends this summer, and he could leave the club for free, while Kepa will return to Chelsea as his loan spell at Real Madrid will not lead to the Spanish club signing him on a permanent deal.

Andriy Lunin could earn a renewal contract with Real Madrid

The Athletic reports that Andriy Lunin believes that he’s now answering the doubts that were on him not so long ago. Club sources still describe him as “a great backup for Courtois.” Lunin’s entourage believes negotiations for renewal will start soon and that there is goodwill at the club to extend. Lunin has played 14 matches and kept seven clean sheets in La Liga.
