According to Fichajes.net, Xavi Hernandez could resume his managerial career much sooner than anticipated. The Catalan coach, who is currently free after leaving FC Barcelona, has caught the eye of three internationally prominent clubs: Bayer Leverkusen, Tottenham Hotspur, and Al Hilal. These clubs have identified him as a key option for the upcoming season, each with different needs but a common goal: to take their projects to the next level.

For Bayer Leverkusen, the German club is looking for a leader capable of competing both in the Bundesliga and in Europe, while Tottenham Hotspur is in the midst of rebuilding after Antonio Conte’s departure, and sees Xavi as the ideal person to lead them back to the top of the Premier League. Meanwhile, Al Hilal, one of Saudi Arabia’s biggest clubs, aims to capitalise on the uncertainty in Europe by signing a coach with experience and international renown.

Xavi, who guided Barcelona to success with his tactical approach and philosophy, now has tempting offers on the table that could mark the next chapter of his career. Each of these clubs presents different challenges, but equally attractive ones, and in the coming weeks, his future will be decided.

Xavi Hernandez, a sought-after figure in the managerial market

After his departure from Barcelona, Xavi has become one of the most sought-after coaches, with three major clubs ready to offer him the chance to lead their sporting projects. Which path will the Catalan coach choose?
