PSG is desperate to find a solid replacement for Kylian Mbappé this summer since his move to Real Madrid seems inevitable. While it could be a hard task for them, PSG is willing to spend big money this summer in order to build a strong team next season, even without Mbappé. The issue for the French giants doesn't seem to be the money but rather convincing the target players to join this summer. One target has already seemed firm in deciding to stay with their club next season and pass on replacing Mbappé at PSG this summer.

PSG are targetting Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and AC Milan winger Rafael Leao. Both players have an expensive price tag and they also have an expensive release clause. Osimhen's release clause is set to be $143 million, while Rafael Leao's is around $200 million. PSG is willing to activate those clauses in order to bring them in next season, but Leao seems more interested in staying at AC Milan to show respect to his club.

Leao was asked about his career's future, and the Portuguese winger simply said, "Milan." Leao went on to explain what AC Milan means to him and why he wants to stay with the Italian giants. Leao said, "At Milan, they helped me grow as a man and as a player. I can't leave them. My future is in Milan. My education is based on loyalty. I stayed at AC Milan not for the money but for a pact of love.”
