Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are local rivals in Madrid, Spain, and over the past few years, the game between them has become more competitive and fierce. Both clubs have challenged for the La Liga title during the past decade. This year is no different, as both sides have played each other four times this season.

Real Madrid are having an incredible season as they are first in La Liga with 61 points and have won the Spanish Super Cup last month. They are one foot ahead of the Champions League quarter-finals after beating RB Leipzig 1-0 away from home. Real Madrid only suffered two losses in all competitions this season. The two losses come from one team only, Atletico Madrid.

Atletico Madrid are 4th in La Liga with 48 points and are 13 points below Real Madrid. Atletico Madrid do get to brag about Real Madrid's only loss in the league this season and are responsible for eliminating Real Madrid from the Copa del Rey after beating them 4-2 at home. The two sides played a few weeks ago in a 1-1 draw at the Santiago Bernabeu. Atletico took an important point in the last minute of the game, which and all four games in the Madrid Derby this season have been intense.

Memphis Depay celebrates his 30th birthday with Real Madrid players like Vincius Jr and Jude Bellingham

Memphis Depay celebrated his 30th birthday a few days ago. The Atletico Madrid player turned 30 on February 13th in what seems to be a luxurious party. Fellow Atletico Madrid players, such as Rodrigo De Paul and Stefan Savic, were a part of the party. Another famous person invited to the party was Nigerian-American singer Davido. Depay even gifted the singer a Rolex for showing up to his party.

On Davido's Instagram story, he posted a short video of him posing for a picture with Memphis Depay and a few familiar faces. Depay and Davido posed a picture with Real Madrid players Vinicius Jr., Jude Bellingham, David Alaba, and Antonio Rudiger. It seemed peaceful as they all smiled at the picture but it was like that a few weeks ago as an important match in the Madrid Derby was played in the league.
