Paulo Dybala broke his silence and revealed the real reason why he turned down the millions offered to him by Saudi Arabia. In an honest and intimate chat with the Edul brothers, the Roma forward spoke openly about the tempting chance to leave Europe and join the Saudi Pro League.

He admitted that the offer was concrete and hard to ignore. “You hear the number, but when you actually see it written on paper, and you know that if you sign, it's yours — so many numbers, it makes you think,” he said. But for the Argentine star, it wasn’t just about money. There was something deeper that made him stop and reflect.

“Then, when you sit down with your wife, everything changes,” Paulo added, making it clear that his final decision wasn’t only based on football, but also on personal and emotional reasons. Staying in Rome was, in many ways, a choice for life.

Dybala Chose Heart Over Money

At a time when more and more football stars are packing their bags for Saudi Arabia, Dybala stands out. The World Cup winner chose personal happiness and a life project with Oriana Sabatini over a fortune in euros. A rare move in today’s football world, where money often outweighs everything else.
