Manchester United unsure about Erik Ten Hag's future as it's in the air

Erik Ten Hag could soon decide his future at Manchester United before Ratcliffe decides.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe may not be the one to decide Ten Hag's future at Manchester United.

Manchester United this season has been inconsistent, but they still have the possibility to qualify for the Champions League next season. Man United won their recent Premier League game against Everton and are 6th with 47 points. Many question marks have been given to the manager Erik Ten Hag for having two full seasons with Manchester United and yet to challenge for a Premier League title. Ten Hag's future at Manchester United is uncertain, but his positivity towards the team makes it believe that the Dutch coach sees his future at Man United next season.

Ten Hag seemed happy after Man United's 2-0 win against Everton in the Premier League. Ten Hag said after the game, "Every game we have to win, so every game is a must-need. We could have scored three or four goals, not just the two penalties. We defended quite well; we could have been a bit better in the build-up. We could have been calmer and more composed on the ball. Everton did well and pressed high, which gave us lots of chances in behind."

Ten Hag praised Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford for their performances against Everton. Ten Hag said, " He's [Garnacho] progressing very well, and we are very pleased with this. His contribution today was huge, his runs, his dribbles. It's attractive as well for the audience, obviously we want to show something. I think well-deserved penalties. He's [Rashford] good in the game, good in the team. It shows the team spirit. Bruno took the first, but we have more very good penalty takers. In this moment he is good, in the team, and he is a threat." While Ten Hag is satisfied with the team, he isnt so much with the Man United board.
