Suarez scored a brace and assisted two goals in Inter Miami's 5-0 win against Orlando City in the MLS. Suarez showed the qualities he had during his career with his lethal finishing inside the box. Orlando City keeper Pedro Gallese was having a nightmare as Suarez scored the brace in the first half. He scored a first time shot in the 4th minute and then a lethal left footed finish into the bottom right corner.

After Inter Miami's win against Orlando City, Luis Suarez was asked if he saw Liverpool's crucial win against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League. Suarez watched it and praised his countryman Darwin Nunez for scoring the winning goal. Saurez said, "Yes I saw [Darwin’s goal]. I am so happy for Liverpool and I am so happy for Darwin. He is one of the best strikers in the world today."
