5. Corinthians (BRA) vs Universidad Central (VEN)

6. Melgar (PER) vs Colombia 4 (Millonarios or Deportes Tolima)

7: Ñublense (CHI) vs Boston River (URU)

8: Boca Juniors (ARG) vs Winner club 2 (Phase 1)
