Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez are the star players of Inter Miami, and the attacking duo has guided the team to great heights this season so far. While the performances in the MLS have been amazing, the two star players often spend time together along with their families, during their free time. While other fans would be opposed to seeing their players often hanging out, the players are not criticized as they are enjoying their time in Miami. Messi and Suarez, along with their families, were at the Amalfi Llama Miami restaurant. The Instagram page of the restaurant posted the images of the two Inter Miami stars at the restaurant. They wrote, “We loved hosting Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, & their families this weekend at The Amalfi Llama, Miami. Some of the best memories with family & friends are made at the dinner table sharing a delicious meal together, and we are glad to be a part of it.” Some of the dishes on the menu are expensive; for example, the duo could purchase a Wagyu Tomahawk, which is worth $210. A Cavier-Ossetra Royal starter could be worth up to $170, and a Kaluga starter is worth $350.

The restaurant includes Italian cuisine and has an open parrilla grill and wood burning to make dishes. The steakhouse is one of Miami’s best-reviewed restaurants, requiring reservations. An overview from Open Table reads, “The restaurant’s ethos also meets design with Latin American and Mediterranean influences, resulting in an inviting environment adorned with light woods, natural light and subtly elegant finishes, defying traditional steakhouse and Italian restaurant conventions.”

Messi fans were waiting for him outside of the restaurant, and the Argentine star took pictures with a couple of them. It shows how accessible he is within the community of Miami as he is often seen in restaurants, in stores, or even in the streets of Miami driving.

Lionel Messi is back for Inter Miami

Inter Miami is first in the Eastern Conference with 34 points after 16 matches played. Atlanta United are 12th in the MLS table with 13 points after 14 matches played. Messi will then play in the Inter Miami vs St. Louis City match this weekend before he joins the Argentina national team on Monday for preparations of the Copa America.
