Rodrigo De Paul felt weird to play for Argentina without Messi

Lionel Messi did not play against El Salvador with Argentina in the 3-0 win yesterday. Messi is currently injured and won't be featuring in the next friendly match against Costa Rica.

Rodrigo De Paul spoke after the game and mentioned Messi. De Paul said, "Obviously, it's rare that he's not with us. After many months we really wanted to see each other. We talked a lot, and even after the end of the match, we were talking. He is our captain. Let's hope he recovers and can play as many matches as he wants. The most important thing is that he recovers if he is okay. To compete and be champions in the Copa America we will need him."
