FC Barcelona defeated PSG 3-2 in the first leg of the quarterfinals of the Champions League at the Parc des Princes. The game turned into a classic Champions League match as the two sides offered lots of threats on the attacks. Kylian Mbappé struggled in this game as he provided no goal or assist for PSG. FC Barcelona has a great advantage ahead of the second leg of the tie in Barcelona next week.

In the first half, both sides threaten to score on a couple of occasions. PSG created chances, but Barcelona has clearer ones. Barcelona almost scored from a corner as Robert Lewandowski's header past Gianluigi Donnarumma was cleared off the line by Nuno Mendes. The FC Barcelona opener arrived before halftime, and in the 37th minute, Raphinha opened the score. Lamine Yamal from the right side does a travel pass in the PSG box, but Donnarumma clears the ball to Raphinha's path. The Brazilian makes no mistake, and he shoots the ball into the net to give Barcelona the 1-0 lead at halftime.

Things completely changed for both teams in the second half as former FC Barcelona player Ousmane Dembele scored the equalizer for PSG in the 48th minute. Only two minutes later, PSG turned it around as Fabian Ruiz plays a great ball to Vitinha who takes a low shot to send the ball into the bottom corner. PSG looked in control of the game from there but FC Barcelona once again comeback with an epic comeback.

FC Barcelona complete a comeback to win in Paris

Pedri came back from injury in the 61st minute of the second half, and it only took him under a minute to make an impact. Pedri plays a great over-the-top pass in the box for Raphinha, and the Brazilian slots the ball into the bottom corner to equalize it and make it 2-2.

In the 77th minute, Ilkay Gundogan sends a perfect ball in the box from a corner kick to Andreas Christensen, who heads the ball from close range. The Danish defender scored on his birthday and also gave FC Barcelona a crucial win in Paris. FC Barcelona won 3-2 and led on aggregate against PSG.
