Jadon Sancho and Borussia Dortmund grabbed an impressive 3-0 win away at SV Darmstadt. The English winger started the game on the bench and watched Dortmund take the lead in the first half. Julian Brandt scored the opener in the 24th minute with a right-footed strike to the bottom left corner.

Dortmund looked to control the first half with ease, and they led 1-0 at halftime. Both teams were heading back to the dressing room, and the cameras caught a moment Sancho experienced. A fan in the Darmstadt stands would scream at Sancho, and it got the winger's attention. The fan yelled, “Erik Ten Hag wants to talk to you! You’re a lazy f*****!”

Sancho did not respond to the fan and even had a little smirk about the comment the fan made. Little did the fan know that the player got extra motivation to perform well when he stepped on the pitch. Sancho would come on in the 55th minute to replace fellow countryman Jamie Bynoe-Gittens.

Jadon Sancho grabs an assist in the Dortmund 3-0 win over Darmstadt

Jadon Sancho would provide the assist for the second goal of the game. Sancho finds Marco Reus, who uses his left foot to shoot at the center of the goal. Dortmund grabbed a third late in the game, courtesy of Youssoufa Moukoko. BVB moved up to fifth in the Bundesliga table with 30 points.

Dortmund fans are impressed by the performance of the English winger because he hasn't played since August. The forward made some creative runs toward the goal in the right wing instead of the left. BVB fans look forward to seeing more great performances in the Bundesliga and the Champions League for the remainder of the season. Man United fans have nothing left but to hope he gains confidence and brings his high level to Old Trafford next season.
