According to the Indian Express, Kylian Mbappé refused a potential deal for him to join the Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal last summer. The French star did not want to meet with representatives of Al Hilal, and the Saudi Arabian club was willing to offer a world record $322 million bid for him to PSG. The deal would make Mbappé the richest player on the planet along with Cristiano Ronaldo, who is paid highly with great luxuries a player would hardly refuse. Mbappé decided to stay at PSG this season, but next season, he seems set to leave PSG for free and join Real Madrid this summer.

Ronaldo, with Al Nassr, is not only one of the highest-paid athletes in the world, but he also has some luxuries he owns thanks to joining the Saudi Pro League, according to the Daily Mail. Mbappé missed out on a $784,000 watch, a $311,000 hotel suite, and a luxury plane to travel. These are some of the perks Ronaldo has for joining Al Nassr.

Mbappé's former PSG teammate Neymar also has special perks in his contract in Saudi Arabia but with Al Hilal. The Brazilian left Mbappé's PSG last summer and signed a contract with the Saudi Pro League club for over $90 million. He signed a two-year contract worth over $326 million, according to Action Network via Foot Mercato. Neymar has a private plane and a fully staffed mansion. Mbappé said no to all of this and seems not to regret rejecting Saudi Arabia as he's closer to Real Madrid than ever.
